Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He began his career in management consulting, advising healthcare providers on growth strategy and operational efficiency, before identifying a gap in the market for a premium, patient-centred dental group serving Australia's diverse communities.

As CEO, Jeffrey oversees the strategic direction, business operations, partnerships, and growth of Experteeth. He has led the group from a single clinic in 2008 to over 20 locations nationally, building a culture rooted in clinical excellence, genuine care, and accessibility. His background in both business and healthcare allows him to bridge the gap between clinical quality and commercial sustainability.
