Lilian Lu is a highly experienced Regional Clinic Manager who oversees multiple Experteeth clinic locations across the greater Sydney area. With over eight years in dental practice management, she brings a wealth of knowledge in patient experience, team development, and operational excellence.

Lilian is responsible for coordinating staff scheduling, maintaining patient flow, managing key performance indicators, and fostering a culture of warmth and professionalism at each clinic under her remit. Her dual clinical and business background makes her an effective and empathetic leader.

She holds a Diploma of Practice Management and is a member of the Australian Dental Practice Managers Association. Lilian is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, enabling her to connect with patients and staff from diverse cultural backgrounds.
