Connie Chen

Connie Chen brings over 12 years of clinical and administrative experience to her role as Clinical Manager at Experteeth. Her deep understanding of dental practice workflows, combined with a patient-centred philosophy, allows her to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency across the group's NSW locations.

In her role, Connie oversees clinical governance, compliance with AHPRA and infection control standards, staff credentialing, and the continuous improvement of patient care protocols. She works directly with the CCO, Dr. Hong Chang, to implement group-wide clinical policies that uphold Experteeth's standard of care.

Connie holds a Diploma of Practice Management and a Certificate IV in Health Administration. She is a passionate advocate for continuing education and regularly coordinates professional development sessions for clinical staff across the group.
