Maddison Quinlin

Maddison Quinlin is the backbone of Experteeth's executive and human resources functions. As Executive Assistant to the Co-Founders and HR Manager, she manages a broad portfolio that spans board-level coordination, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and workforce planning for a team of over 150 staff.

Maddison's background in human resources and her natural talent for building strong workplace cultures have been pivotal in shaping Experteeth's people strategy. She champions an inclusive, high-performance culture and has developed the group's HR frameworks, policies, and learning & development programmes from the ground up.

She holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) from Macquarie University and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Administration. Maddison is known for her calm, solutions-focused approach and her ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships with professionalism and discretion.
