Joanna Li

Joanna Li serves as Operations Manager at Experteeth, overseeing the day-to-day operational efficiency of all NSW clinic locations. She is the central coordination point between clinic managers, the senior leadership team, and external vendors — ensuring that every clinic has the resources, systems, and support needed to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Joanna's expertise spans procurement, facilities management, IT systems coordination, and operational process improvement. Since joining Experteeth, she has implemented standardised operating procedures that have materially improved clinical throughput, reduced waste, and enhanced staff satisfaction across the network.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Joanna is passionate about continuous improvement and building high-performing, resilient operations teams.
